To solve this, I built an AI Voice Reservation Agent that handles restaurant calls end-to-end in natural language. Guests can simply call and book, reschedule, or cancel a table as if they were speaking to a real host, while also getting instant answers to common questions about the menu, hours, or location. The system checks availability, manages reservations in real time, sends confirmation emails automatically, and keeps the team’s calendar and records up to date. The result is a 24/7 voice assistant that reduces staff workload, improves guest experience, ensures accurate information, and allows the restaurant to handle more reservations without hiring additional staff.
