Panceri "Pássaros" — Wine Label Design & Illustration

A line of varietal wines where the bottles talk to each other.

For Vinícola Panceri's "Pássaros" line (Portuguese for birds), each label is simple and elegant, with an illustrated bird at the centre. Side by side, the bottles connect and form a pattern, so the whole line reads as one family on the shelf.

On the Moscato, the protagonist is the Saffron Finch (Sicalis flaveola), a bird common in the winery's region. It sits on a Begonia aconitifolia, whose green and red complement the colour of the wine and the yellow of the bird.

The illustration is watercolour, painted by hand. It carries the same softness and delicacy as the wine itself.
