Here is the quick check I run before touching any bid.

Step 1 - Sort the search term report by spend, not by orders.

Step 2 - Find terms with 10+ clicks and zero sales. Negate them.

Before I touch ads on any new Amazon account, here are the three things I check first.

1. Search term report: are brand or competitor terms eating budget with zero orders?

2. Listing basics: main image, the first 80 characters of the title, and price against the top 3 competitors.

Your Amazon title has one job: earn the right click, not hold every keyword.

Step 1 - Put brand, main keyword and the one detail buyers filter by (size, pack count, material) in the first 80 characters, because that is what mobile shows.
