Meet Matt
Matt is a 10-year veteran of the media landscape.
Starting his journalism career in high school by writing for the school newspaper and editing the yearbook, Matt continued his passion for storytelling at the University of Missouri.
From there, he joined Newsy.com as an Anchor/Producer before being promoted to Senior Editor. After nearly four years, Matt joined FOX Sports Midwest to run its digital content, covering the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Kansas City Royals, Sporting KC, and Indiana Pacers.
After earning his M.S. in Business Journalism at Arizona State, Matt moved to Chicago to dominate digital content on another level and start Downfield Media.
