Watching the men's skincare and longevity space converge in real time has been wild. Two years ago a Shopify store in either category meant minimalist, white space, sans serif. Now the buyer is sophisticated enough to read past that and the brands that win are the ones with a point of view that survives the unboxing.

Tiny operator habit that's paid off this year. Every Friday I write a one-page note on what worked, what didn't, and what to ship next week. Not a meeting, not a doc for anyone else. The act of writing it surfaces the half-decisions I've been avoiding all week.

Currently building out a Shopify migration where the brand is moving off a custom Wordpress stack. The decision tree most teams skip: which third-party integrations actually drive revenue, which ones are just sunk cost, and which can be replaced with a native Shopify app for less. The audit is the project.

Operator question for the room. When you scope a Framer or Webflow build for a brand that's still figuring out its voice, do you fix the copy first and design around it, or design the system and let the copy fall in later? I keep ending up halfway between, and the projects that go best are the ones where copy leads.
