Had an animation idea inspired by a reference, first built it in Rive but export kept failing with server errors. So I rebuilt the whole thing from scratch in After Effects.
Refined the motion, timing, and transitions, made it fully Lottie-ready for development, and added sound design to give the interaction proper feedback.
Different tool, same vision, still shipped.
