Natural, scroll-stopping videos in English and Bahasa Indonesia, from a creator who spent 9 years in Marketing Communications and brand, 15 years as fashion model. The World Conference on Creative Economy (WCCE) brought together policymakers, creative-industry leaders, academics and other stakeholders to discuss the role of the creative economy in sustainable development.
MY ROLE: I worked across social media, live event communications and stakeholder coordination, including live reporting on Twitter and hosting Instagram Live during the conference. I also supported copywriting and speech development for senior government officials, translating complex policy and creative-economy topics into clear, audience-appropriate communication.
THE MOVE: Worked across internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders to keep communications consistent across platforms, formats and audiences — from live social coverage and agency briefs to formal speeches and event communications. MANAGING KOLs and CREATORS: I build creator ecosystems around campaign objectives, balancing audience relevance, aesthetic fit, influence and commercial potential.
THE CHALLENGE: For Sidik Jari, the campaign needed to create impact beyond the physical fashion show combining high-impact creators with a wider network of fashion and lifestyle voices while staying true to BLZR.ID (http://BLZR.ID)'s visual identity.
MY ROLE: I managed the creator/KOL ecosystem end-to-end from research, shortlisting and outreach to negotiation, briefing, content review, event coordination, reporting and relationship management. Creative direction was developed with and approved by the Creative Director before being
translated into creator briefs and outreach.
THE MOVE: Rather than treating every KOL the same, I built a tiered creator mix based on what each profile needed to contribute to the campaign.
THE RESULT: 30+ KOL & creative partners managed monthly
100 KOLs invited to the Sidik Jari event
END-TO-END
Research → outreach → negotiation → briefing → content → approval → reporting THE PROBLEM: BLZR.ID (http://BLZR.ID) had already introduced initiatives such as cassava-based packaging, upcycled blazers and a sustainable collection. The next initiative explored a different way for the brand to contribute to environmental action through ocean plastic removal.
MY ROLE: I was the main point of contact with Seven Clean Seas, managing the partnership from communication and negotiation through campaign delivery. Working closely with the creative team, I helped ensure that the campaign stayed true to BLZR.ID (http://BLZR.ID)'s brand while remaining within the agreed partnership scope and requirements of Seven Clean Seas. I also developed the campaign copy and communication tone, translating the partnership into messaging that felt relevant to BLZR.ID (http://BLZR.ID)'s customers.
THE MOVE: Through a partnership with Seven Clean Seas, BLZR.ID (http://BLZR.ID) launched
#IkutBersihinLaut, linking blazer purchases to funding for ocean plastic removal. The initiative committed to fund the removal of 720 kg of plastic in its first year.
THE RESPONSE: The campaign received a strong response from customers following its launch, helping turn the partnership into a consumer-facing initiative rather than simply a corporate collaboration.
