Checked 11 furniture, tile and lighting sites in Dubai and Australia last week. The same technical gaps everywhere:
theme demo text still in titles and descriptions
hundreds of products sharing one title
no product data (schema) for Google
contact links that go nowhere
None of this...
The developer who built the site left. Now the cart throws a 500, a form stopped sending, and the product page takes 15 seconds to load.
That's how these jobs usually start. How I go about it:
Copy of the site and database first. Nothing gets touched on production.

Built image search for a furniture catalogue with 50,000+ products.
The problem with big catalogues: people know what they want but not what it's called. "That curved velvet chair with brass legs" doesn't match any product title.
So the customer uploads a photo, and the site finds...
Opened 11 furniture factory websites today. All of them look great.
Then I checked the code. Half have no H1. One homepage is literally titled "Home". One product page is titled "POUFS". That's it.
A buyer googles "custom sofa" and the search engine has no idea you sell sofas.
Beautiful site, invisible business. Two days of fixes.
