"How will it look in my room?" is the last question before anyone buys furniture online. So we answered it with AI for a 50,000-item catalog.
Shoppers upload a room photo. The AI detects every piece and the free space, picks in-stock items that fit the room's size and style, explains why each one works, and drops the chosen piece into their photo with a before/after slider.
Native upsell built in: came for a sofa, sees the side table and lamp that suit the room. Leads go to the sales team with the room attached. Web, mobile and the store's app.

🔐 From zero to one: designing Smart Prosegur.
One project I really enjoyed being part of was Smart Prosegur, where I collaborated as a Product Designer, helping shape the product from the ground up.
From defining user flows and key features to designing the interfaces, I worked on turning real user needs into a simple, intuitive experience for managing home security.
This project reinforced something I strongly believe in: great product design isn't just about how things look, but about making complex experiences feel simple, useful, and human.
