Copy of the site and database first. Nothing gets touched on production.
Logs before code. Laravel logs, PHP error log, slow query log. Half the "mystery" bugs are written down there already.
Fix the cause, not the symptom. A missing database index can fix a 15-second page faster than any caching plugin.

Legacy code is not scary. Undocumented legacy code with no copy to test on is.

Just wrapped up this executive coaching website project.
The goal was to create a digital experience that feels as strategic and considered as the brand itself.
Built in Kajabi, the website combines editorial typography, a structured coaching framework, and a clear path toward booking a strategy call.
I paid particular attention to how each section flows into the next, keeping the experience cohesive from the first impression to the final call to action.
