My PPTO Framework (People, Process, Technology, Operations) is a peer-reviewed governance model for ethical AI in healthcare, published in the Open Journal of Business and Management. I've turned that research into a full product ecosystem: a governance playbook, a maturity assessment, and a 6-template Starter Kit with ready-to-deploy tools like committee charters, RACI grids, risk-tiering rubrics, equity dashboards, and 90-day implementation timelines.
