My PPTO Framework (People, Process, Technology, Operations) is a peer-reviewed governance model for ethical AI in healthcare, published in the Open Journal of Business and Management. I turned that research into a book, a consulting practice, and a product line of implementation tools for hospital leaders.

I also work with doctoral candidates and early-career researchers on manuscript editing, publishing strategy, and the research-to-book pipeline.
