Hey everyone, this is my submission for the @Rive HMI Challenge: NEURAL ROBOT CONTROL. This project explores a system where a human can remotely operate a maintenance robot inside a radioactive reactor core — an environment too dangerous for direct interaction. The robot acts as a physical extension of the operator. The experience is built as a clear flow: connection → system sync → diagnostics → navigation → scan → operation The AR interface serves as the main point of view, overlaying essential information directly onto the environment. It shows navigation guidance, target location, and system feedback while keeping the view minimal and unobstructed. The robot includes a self-diagnostic HUD for maintenance teams, displaying real-time data such as battery, CPU temperature, mechanical stability, and radiation exposure. It also features a small onboard display that communicates system states like connecting, loading, warnings, errors, and movement direction. The focus of this project is how motion communicates system behavior. Each transition reflects a state change, helping users understand what the robot is doing at any moment. Built using State Machine, Data Binding, and Layout in Rive.

I wanted to move away from "friendly" 3D and build a high-tension, industrial reactor that stops the scroll. THE SPECS: 70/30 Rule: 100% Native Omma geometry. 0% external assets. Interactivity: Mouse-proximity "System Load" HUD + Click-to-Overload camera shake. Visuals: Liquid Chrome refraction + "Boiling" internal vertex shaders. I studied the world’s best mobile patterns on Mobbin. From health rings to social matching, to build a research-backed moodboard. I was inspired by apps like Greg, Apple Health, Shop and Bumble. I translated these high-end UX behaviors into a cohesive design system that prioritizes clarity and local trust. Then I jumped with all my ideas into Figma Make. Here it comes Pottr, a fusion between quantified plant health with a social graph. It includes plant care tracking but it doesn't stop there. It’s an ecosystem where you match with neighbors based on shared plants, trade seeds or tools, and request community care when you travel. It’s a premium, hyperlocal take on sustainability with custom branding and a neighborhood "open-world" map.

Excited to reveal a few behind the scenes concepts from our ongoing brand build for Agora Adventure, an upcoming adventure resort in Colorado with two locations (Delta + Salida) and more under construction. We’re building everything from the ground up. A Custom WordPress website with a custom booking system for their separate locations, a unified brand identity across both locations, and a clear foundation for aggressive ads, SEO, lead generation, events and more. The tricky part is getting the 'feel' right so a lot of time goes into not designing, but actually figuring out what actually makes sense for the people who will experience the brand.
