Projects using OpenAI in SindhProjects using OpenAI in SindhAI Client Hub: Monday.com (http://Monday.com) to Email Automation
🎯 Engineered an automated client relations assistant that translates raw internal developer technical logs into polished, executive-level client emails the moment a status changes inside Monday.com (http://Monday.com).
🛑 The Challenge
Creative and software agencies waste hours of account management time rewriting internal technical logs before updating clients. When developers mark a task "Done" using deep technical or server jargon, it cannot go straight to a client without causing confusion, creating a severe bottleneck in client communications.
⚙️ The Solution
I architected an autonomous event-driven middleware pipeline using Make
to entirely bridge the gap between technical operations and external client
communications.
The workflow actively monitors a production board inside Monday.com (http://Monday.com).
The exact millisecond a task status column flips to "Done," the pipeline intercepts the event payload and captures the internal log text. This
raw developer note is instantly routed through the OpenAI API. Powered
by deep contextual engineering, the AI strips out confusing code terminology, translates the update into a clear, polite, business-oriented milestone report, and instantly fires it to the client via the Gmail API with zero human oversight.
Key Technical Infrastructure Built:
Instant Status Change Webhook: Listens to Monday.com (http://Monday.com) column updates in real-time, capturing task changes with zero data drop or latency.
Semantic Jargon Translation Logic: Configured advanced system prompting inside OpenAI to analyze technical jargon and translate it into a professional, customer-friendly format.
Dynamic SMTP Payload Delivery: Programmed Gmail API nodes to dynamically fetch the client's email address from the workspace card and send a beautifully formatted update.
Closed-Loop Audit Logs: Programmed a final verification step that writes a log confirmation directly back to Monday.com (http://Monday.com), confirming the email was successfully generated and delivered.
📈 Business Impact & Results
100% Account Management Savings: Completely eliminates the need for manual translation, editing, and drafting of client progress updates.
Instant Client Transparency: Clients receive beautifully written milestone confirmations within seconds of a task being completed, dramatically improving satisfaction.
Accelerated Agency Delivery: Unlocks direct communication alignment between production teams and external stakeholders seamlessly.
🛠️ Tech Stack Used
Automation Hub: Make
Project Ecosystem: Monday.com (http://Monday.com) API
AI Interpretation Engine: OpenAI API
Communication Gateway: Gmail API Most property websites only collect a name and phone number. For Zameendar Enterprises, I built an AI property assistant connected to the owner’s WhatsApp Business number and embedded on the company website.
Buyers, investors, and sellers can discuss their requirements in English or Roman Urdu through either channel. The assistant remembers context, collects details such as budget, location, property type, and payment preference, then suggests relevant properties using the company’s listings and uploaded documents.
This helps the business qualify leads through WhatsApp, where many customers already prefer to communicate, while keeping the website useful as another sales channel. A secure admin dashboard lets the team review conversations, manage leads, add notes, upload documents, test AI responses, and inspect system logs.
I built the platform with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, LangGraph, OpenAI, pgvector, Tailwind CSS, and Auth.js, combining WhatsApp automation, conversational AI, property search, and lead management in one business system. NOMAD is a luxury travel concept website built for a high-end travel curation brand, designed to show how generative AI can replace static destination guides with a real-time, personalized advisory engine. Beyond an elegant, editorial storefront showcasing the brand's travel philosophy across discovery, adventure, wellness, and culture, the site's centrepiece is an AI Custom Expedition Concierge, a tool that generates a complete, destination-specific luxury travel dossier on demand for any location a user types in. Built end-to-end: UX flow, visual design, and AI integration.
Key Features:
- AI Expedition Concierge: shoppers enter any destination (or pick from suggested sanctuaries like Kyoto or Santorini) and the AI generates a full advisory profile in seconds, including an evocative destination overview, hotel recommendations with ratings and pricing, must-see sights with ideal visit times, and local culinary picks with heritage notes.
- Verified Advisory Dossiers: each generated profile can be saved to a user's account, copied as a shareable link, or exported as a real, multi-page printable PDF dossier, turning AI output into a usable travel document rather than just on-screen text.
- Curated Concierge Advisories: alongside the generated content, the AI surfaces hyper-local etiquette tips, booking windows, and insider rules (e.g. when to book private viewings, seasonal crowd patterns) that go beyond generic travel-guide filler.
- Elite Stay & Sights Indexing: AI-generated recommendations are structured into clear categories (stay advisory, sacred sights, culinary escapes) with practical metadata like visit duration and "must do" call-outs for each entry.
- Full Storefront Build: a scroll-driven homepage with cinematic full-bleed imagery, editorial typography, and narrative sections (Wanderlust, Discovery, Adventure, Serenity, Culture, Horizon) that establish the brand's voice before guiding users into the advisory tool.
Tech/Tools: OpenAI, Python, Machine Learning, conversational AI integration
This is a concept build exploring how AI can turn a travel website from a static brochure into a living, on-demand concierge :generating a bespoke destination dossier in the time it takes to type a place name.
