🚗 Built "Suds & Speed Mobile Detailing" for the @Lovable challenge. The problem: Solo service operators waste 3+ hours a day texting customers for quotes, photos, addresses, scheduling. The solution: AI-powered booking portal that turns text chaos into 60-second confirmations + an owner command center that eliminates reminder/broadcast/rescheduling busywork. What we built: ✅ Customer books in 60 sec with AI condition pricing (no surprises) ✅ Geo-clustered time slots (owner doesn't cross Austin twice) ✅ Kanban dashboard with live reminders, waitlist broadcasts, one-click cancellations ✅ Mobile-first, dark mode, real-time updates Built with @Lovable on React + Supabase.
