Most property websites only collect a name and phone number. For Zameendar Enterprises, I built an AI property assistant connected to the owner’s WhatsApp Business number and embedded on the company website.

Buyers, investors, and sellers can discuss their requirements in English or Roman Urdu through either channel. The assistant remembers context, collects details such as budget, location, property type, and payment preference, then suggests relevant properties using the company’s listings and uploaded documents.

This helps the business qualify leads through WhatsApp, where many customers already prefer to communicate, while keeping the website useful as another sales channel. A secure admin dashboard lets the team review conversations, manage leads, add notes, upload documents, test AI responses, and inspect system logs.

I built the platform with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, LangGraph, OpenAI, pgvector, Tailwind CSS, and Auth.js, combining WhatsApp automation, conversational AI, property search, and lead management in one business system.
