EaseLearn: AI Learning & Compliance Training

I worked with the Jadeite Pinnacle team on EaseLearn, a learning management platform connecting course delivery, employer administration, compliance training, and AI-assisted learning. The scope included the public website, employer dashboards, and learner workflows.

Training as an operational workflow Employers need to assign courses, monitor completion, and retrieve certification records. Learners need a clear route through lessons, assessments, progress, and certificates across desktop and mobile. Our team connected those views so training activity can be tracked from assignment to completion.

SCORM and compliance content The platform supports SCORM 1.2 and 2004 course content, alongside training covering HIPAA, OSHA, AML, workplace safety, harassment prevention, data security, and California SB 553. The deliverables included course assignment, completion tracking, certification workflows, and reporting visibility. These are training capabilities, rather than a claim of legal certification.

AI-assisted learning EaseLearnX brings AI assistance into the learning flow through content and quiz generation, personalized learning paths, recommendations, and adaptive experiences. The project stack includes TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, React, Next.js, Azure AI Services, Swagger, Vercel, and Supabase.

Employer administration and integrations Our team delivered user management, training assignment, progress analytics, and reports for employers. The wider integration scope included SSO with Azure Active Directory, API connections, white-label branding, and third-party learning content.
