This isn't flashy or going to make you swoon (unless you're a real UX nerd), but going thru the discovery phase and gaining alignment with your client is pretty satisfying. When you know that you're in sync with the vision the fun, engaging, delightful product is close at hand. I wrapped up this brief on a 0->1 client project just recently, and we nailed the scope, features, vibe, goals, messaging, and user interactions they expect to see.

An increasing number of simple apps are requiring users to create accounts to use basic table stake features. For this project we needed more than just basic functionality, but it was imperative that all content remain free for all users, guests or account holders alike. Passive personalization happens in the background, surfacing content categories, and presenters the user wants to see. Further active personalization is planned as a premium set of learning achievements: goals for topics they wish to master, and challenges associated with the goals.

SeatSafe – Refundable Event Deposits Free and low-cost events often struggle with high no-show rates, especially for free RSVPs, making planning and turnout unpredictable for organizers. SeatSafe uses refundable deposits to create lightweight commitment. Attendees place a small deposit to reserve a seat. If they attend, it’s returned. If they don’t, the organizer keeps it. Revenue model: platform fees on retained deposits, optional organizer plans, and expansion into higher-value events over time. Prototype status: early Bubble prototype validating the reservation experience up to confirmation. Payments, refunds, and notifications are planned next. Live prototype: https://sonorandatastrategy-22836.bubbleapps.io/ Built for #BubbleBuildsRevenue 🚀

Pacific Grease is a custom quote and operations platform designed to help a product-based business manage complex pricing, customer quotes, credit workflows, product documentation, regional rules, and admin controls from one centralized system. The project was built to move a spreadsheet-heavy quoting process into a scalable SaaS-style application. The platform supports demo access, quote creation, customer and sales rep details, regional pricing logic, pallet rules, product price editing, commission visibility, quote previews, PDF readiness, credit application review, email workflows, TDS document management, and configurable feature flags. My role focused on structuring the system architecture, workflows, and user experience so the business could manage quoting with more accuracy, consistency, and operational control. The system needed to support real-world complexity, including country-based pricing, different package types, product documentation requirements, quote expiration, sales commission calculations, manager visibility, and admin-controlled configuration. Key areas of the build included: Customer and sales representative quote workflow Quote summary, preview, and PDF-ready output Product catalog and base pricing management Quick price editing with change tracking Pricing rules and regional pallet logic Commission breakdown and margin visibility Credit application review and email workflow TDS document upload and product matching Admin settings, feature flags, and system configuration Demo-mode access for fast review and stakeholder testing This project demonstrates my ability to take an operational business process and convert it into a structured SaaS platform with role-based workflows, pricing intelligence, document readiness, admin controls, and scalable application architecture. The goal was not just to build a quoting form - it was to create a business operations system that helps teams quote faster, protect margins, manage complexity, and prepare the platform for future integrations and growth.

BelliBind is a multi-role SaaS platform designed to support postpartum care, product commerce, specialist services, and administrative operations in one connected digital experience. The platform was built to move beyond a simple e-commerce website and create a full operating system for the business. It includes tailored client onboarding, personalized assessment flows, specialist dashboards, agency management, product recommendations, order tracking, Shopify/Stripe integration readiness, admin approvals, training resources, and developer testing tools. My focus was to design and structure a scalable application experience that could support multiple user types: clients, specialists, agencies, and administrators. Each role needed its own workflow, permissions, dashboard views, and operational actions while still connecting back to the same business process. Key areas of the build included: Client journey assessment for pregnancy and postpartum support Specialist onboarding, approval, and client management workflows Admin dashboard for pending actions, product management, users, orders, and service areas Marketplace experience for recommending products to clients Order management and fulfillment visibility Shopify and Stripe integration planning Training resource flows for education and specialist enablement Test data generation and developer tools for QA and workflow validation This project demonstrates my ability to take a complex business model and translate it into a structured SaaS platform with clean user flows, role-based experiences, operational dashboards, commerce logic, and scalable architecture. The goal was not just to create screens - it was to create a system that could help the business manage care, commerce, specialists, clients, approvals, and growth from one unified platform.

Stroller Quest is a mobile game and recovery support experience designed to make postpartum care more engaging, consistent, and approachable for moms. The project combines playful interaction with real-world care support, helping users stay connected to healthy routines, recovery stages, and recommended products that support their wellness journey. At its core, the app turns movement and daily care into a simple, rewarding experience. Moms can walk, collect care-related items, avoid hazards, complete missions, and progress through supportive stages that reinforce consistency and recovery habits. The experience is designed to be fun and uplifting, while also serving a deeper purpose: helping users remain engaged in their own care path. A key part of the concept is the cognitive and emotional support layer. The app is designed not only as a game, but as a gentle wellness companion that can encourage structure, progress, and positive reinforcement during a time when many mothers need support the most. By combining daily goals, gratitude-focused elements, recovery routines, and care-stage progression, the app helps create a more mindful and motivating experience that can positively support mental wellness and postpartum recovery habits. The project also connects recovery engagement with care and product alignment. As moms move through different stages, the app can help sync their needs with the types of products, resources, and supportive care items that may be most relevant to them. This makes the experience more than entertainment — it becomes an interactive layer that helps bridge wellness, education, and product support. Stroller Quest is being developed as both a standalone mobile experience and a companion engagement layer that can integrate with broader maternal care ecosystems such as BelliBind. The current foundation is live in a simplified form, with Version 2.0 in development to introduce expanded visuals, improved gameplay depth, stronger progression systems, and a more polished care-support experience. Key Features You can paste these as bullets if Contra allows them: Walking-based gameplay that encourages progress through movement Collectible care items such as hydration, baby-care, and recovery-themed objects Hazard avoidance mechanics to create fun, active play Missions and rewards that reinforce daily participation Progression system that motivates consistency and habit-building Cognitive support layer that encourages mindfulness, structure, and positive reinforcement Recovery-stage support designed to align with a mom’s care journey Product syncing concept to connect users with the care items and support products they need Standalone or integrated design that can operate independently or connect with a larger wellness platform Version 2.0 roadmap focused on visual polish, deeper gameplay, and expanded features
