Thrilled to share our latest project for SodaStream International, Ltd. (https://www.linkedin.com/company/sodastream-international-ltd-/)In the heart of Times Square, NYC 🗽🔥 That happened on National Streaming Day. Massive thanks to my amazing partner Asaf Norani (https://www.linkedin.com/in/asaf-norani-0237b362/), for this 100% hard-core 3D, compositing, and motion design work. Part of the project required creating 50 custom tickers. Each ticker needed a unique name and specific content provided by the client, but they all had to live in their own compositions while maintaining the exact same design template. Doing this manually would have been an absolute time-sink. Instead, I decided to build a smarter, automated workflow using Claude's skill set, integrated with After Effects, so he can see the first composition of the ticker I've designed and organized, and copy and paste it to the script. Data Prep: Organized all 50 unique names and text variants into a clean .csv file. Scripting: I prompted Claude to write a Script that could use the CSV and automatically create the composition according to the CSV list. Here’s a quick before-and-after from the recent campaign we worked on: In the raw footage, she is just holding a stuffed cat doll. For the final result, we completely swapped it out for an AI-generated kitten and flooded the set with an insane number of cats we placed on it. Getting it to look this natural wasn't just hitting an "AI magic button". It took countless generations, precise masking, color grading, and heavy compositing to nail the look. Challenging, but totally worth it. To me, this is the perfect example of how AI should be used in videos and commercials as a powerful tool to enhance traditional post-production, not replace it. Every decision, quest victory, defeat, and NPC refusal becomes a vector embedding in Qdrant, forming a searchable “soul history” that persists across play sessions. When a player approaches an NPC, the game queries Qdrant for semantic history tied to that character, and gemini-2.5-flash synthesizes voice-authentic dialogue that references the player’s exact past deeds. Quests branch through Gemini-generated stages whose outcomes shape the resolution, and progression gates stay locked until the player accumulates enough episodic memories, for example 3 distinct entries before The Black Citadel opens.

The landing page featured a custom-built submission system that enabled alumni to contribute their personal stories by uploading: Their photographs, which were transformed using a custom illustrative effect aligned with the campaign's visual identity A personal message A handwritten-style signature This approach created an authentic and community-driven narrative, placing alumni experiences at the heart of the campaign. Phase Two: Digital Advertising Assets Design and production of a series of advertising banners for distribution across social media platforms and digital advertising networks. The banners were strategically crafted to drive traffic to the prospective student recruitment campaign landing page (Phase Three), maintaining a consistent visual language throughout the entire campaign journey. The page included an integrated lead-capture system, enabling interested candidates to submit their details and facilitating efficient follow-up by the university's recruitment team. This multi-stage campaign combined storytelling, community engagement, strategic digital advertising, and lead generation to build awareness, strengthen credibility through authentic alumni voices, and increase prospective student interest in the department's academic programs.

In this context, screen real estate constraints didn't lead to feature reduction; instead, they drove intelligent content prioritization. The primary objective was to architect a swift, frictionless shopping flow optimized for on-the-go users. Crucially, the mobile UX was not merely a downscaled version of the desktop interface. By implementing a persistent Bottom Navigation, streamlined interaction patterns, and optimized category access alongside strategic Micro-Interactions we delivered a lightweight, high-performance web experience that closely mimics the fluidity and responsiveness of a native application. تم تصميم النسخة الخاصة بالهواتف المحمولة كتطبيق ويب وفق منهجية Mobile-First صارمة. وفي هذا السياق، لم تؤدِّ محدودية مساحة الشاشة إلى تقليل الميزات، بل كانت دافعًا لاعتماد أسلوب ذكي في ترتيب أولويات المحتوى وعرضه. وكان الهدف الأساسي هو بناء تجربة تسوق سريعة وسلسة وخالية من التعقيدات، ومصممة خصيصًا للمستخدمين أثناء التنقل. والأهم من ذلك، أن تجربة المستخدم على الهاتف لم تكن مجرد نسخة مصغّرة من واجهة سطح المكتب. فمن خلال تطبيق شريط تنقل سفلي ثابت (Bottom Navigation)، وأنماط تفاعل مبسطة، ووصول أسرع إلى الفئات والأقسام، إلى جانب استخدام تفاعلات دقيقة ومدروسة (Micro-Interactions)، تمكّنا من تقديم تجربة ويب خفيفة وعالية الأداء تحاكي بشكل كبير سلاسة واستجابة التطبيقات الأصلية (Native Apps).
