Meta Ads Campaign for Mindful Self Therapy: Overview🙌 Mental health advertising often relies on generic messages like "You're not alone" or "Book a therapy session today." For this campaign, I wanted to create something that would stop people mid scroll by making them feel seen in a single sentence. Instead of selling therapy, the campaign sells recognition, emotional validation, and curiosity, creating a natural path toward conversion. The Challenge🧠 The goal was to increase awareness and encourage potential clients to explore therapy services without relying on fear based marketing or clinical language. The audience consisted of people who may be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma responses, relationship challenges, or creative burnout but may not yet identify themselves as someone who needs therapy. Strategy🚀 1. Start with an emotional truth. Every ad begins with a thought that feels deeply personal rather than promotional. "Sometimes your body remembers what your mind wants to forget." "Life can feel loud even when things look fine." "Love can feel distant without being gone." These statements create an immediate emotional connection and invite readers to pause instead of scroll. 2. Speak to symptoms, not diagnoses: Rather than leading with therapy terminology, each ad describes a lived experience. This approach makes the content more accessible for people who are still exploring their emotions and reduces the resistance often associated with mental health advertising. 3. Color coded messaging hierarchy: Each headline highlights different emotional keywords using color. Examples include: - Constantly Alert - Broken - Overstimulating - Misunderstood - Exhausting This visual hierarchy improves scanability while reinforcing the emotional weight of each message. 4. Consistent visual language: Every creative follows the same system: - Minimal textured background - Hand drawn illustrations - Organic abstract shapes - Soft editorial typography - Limited color palette The consistency builds trust and creates instant brand recognition across multiple ads. 5. Education before conversion: Instead of pushing immediate action, every ad follows a simple content journey: Emotional Hook ↓ Short validation statement ↓ Gentle explanation ↓ Low pressure CTA This allows the audience to feel understood before being invited to seek support. Purpose🔥 The objective wasn't simply to generate clicks. It was to create a series of ads that help people feel understood within seconds, positioning the practice as a safe and approachable place before they ever visit the website.

Building meaningful conversations through relatable storytelling. Overview🙌 This content series was created for a psychotherapy practice with the goal of making conversations around relationships, dating, and personal growth feel approachable and emotionally authentic. Rather than promoting therapy directly, the content invites audiences to reflect on their own experiences, positioning the practice as a trusted guide rather than a service provider. Strategy🚀 • Focused on conversation driven headlines that spark curiosity and encourage sharing. • Used lifestyle imagery and editorial typography to create an elevated, magazine inspired aesthetic. • Balanced educational value with relatable storytelling to make mental health topics feel accessible and less clinical. • Created content designed to build trust, increase engagement, and nurture long term brand awareness through consistent organic messaging. Skills🧠 • Content Strategy • Social Media Strategy • Brand Messaging • Content Writing • Canva Design • Creative Direction • Organic Marketing

Social Media content: Using storytelling to create conversations around children's mental health. Overview🙌 This campaign focuses on reframing common misconceptions around child behavior through empathy driven messaging and editorial style design. Instead of offering quick solutions, each post encourages parents and caregivers to pause, reflect, and understand the emotions behind a child's actions. Strategy🚀 • Developed emotionally driven hooks designed to stop the scroll and encourage reflection. • Used minimal layouts and editorial typography to create a premium, thought leadership aesthetic. • Balanced educational insights with compassionate messaging that builds trust rather than promotes services. • Positioned the organization as a knowledgeable and approachable voice within the mental health space. Skills🧠 • Content Strategy • Brand Messaging • Social Media Strategy • Educational Copywriting • Canva Design • Creative Direction

Organic Social Media Content Building trust through thoughtful, educational storytelling. Overview🙌 This series was created to establish authority and encourage meaningful engagement through informative, shareable content rather than promotional messaging. Using a consistent editorial style, each post combines relatable insights with calming visuals and concise copy, positioning the brand as a reliable resource while strengthening long term audience relationships. Strategy🚀 • Developed scroll stopping educational hooks centered on common client experiences. • Used cohesive typography, photography, and muted color palettes to reinforce brand recognition. • Balanced educational value with soft calls to action that encourage curiosity rather than urgency. • Created reusable content formats that support consistency across ongoing social campaigns. Skills🔥 • Social Media Strategy • Content Writing • Brand Messaging • Canva Design • Content Planning • Creative Direction
