The most interesting fragrance brands today aren't necessarily winning through distribution. They're winning through discovery. Creator ecosystems, cultural positioning, founder narratives, and social platforms are increasingly shaping consumer decisions before a fragrance is ever smelled.
This breakdown looks at brands like Phlur, Orebella, and D'Annam, and what their growth reveals about the future of beauty, branding, and consumer behavior.

Spiritual Wellness Carousel Design for a Yoga School in Kisumu
For this project, I designed a complete Instagram carousel series for a wellness-focused yoga school in Kisumu, transforming spiritual and yogic concepts into visually engaging, educational, and shareable content. The carousel explored the relationship between the Sun and Moon energies (Surya and Chandra), using symbolism, typography, imagery, and visual storytelling to simplify complex spiritual teachings for a modern audience.
Using Canva, I developed a cohesive visual identity that balanced elegance, readability, and engagement. I combined AI-assisted imagery, carefully selected color palettes, typography, and layout design to create a premium wellness aesthetic aligned with the brand's audience.
