About the Brand

Numic is a contemporary stationery brand that combines utility and creativity, offering thoughtfully designed products with a purpose. Their mission is to make every notebook, planner, or journal not just a tool but a canvas for expression. They approached Backspace to target a younger, dynamic audience and create content that reflects their playful yet thoughtful essence.

The Challenge: A Fresh Start

Numic wanted to break into the younger demographic by creating vibrant, engaging content that resonated with a youthful audience. The goal was to position Numic as the go-to brand for functional yet stylish stationery while maintaining their core values of sustainability and quality.

1. Diwali

"Diwali Sirf Diye Se Nahi, Kore Panno Se Bhi Hoti Hai."
This thoughtful campaign was built around a collaboration with a non-profit organisation, Impactical Humans, tying the festive season with a purpose. Numic donated notebooks to underprivileged children, promoting the idea that Diwali is about spreading light in all forms, including the light of education. The campaign included heartwarming visuals, and reels that inspired the audience to celebrate more meaningfully.

2. Pratik AI

We introduced "Pratik AI," an innovative chatbot on Instagram that allowed users to interact directly with the founder. This feature blended technology with personalisation, creating a unique customer experience. From answering product questions to sharing behind-the-scenes snippets, the AI bot made Numic feel approachable and fun, leaving customers engaged and informed.

3 . Trend-Based Content

To keep Numic at the forefront of its audience's minds, we hopped on trending topics like Spotify Wrapped and the Pantone Colour of the Year 2025. Each trend was adapted to reflect Numic’s branding, showcasing how the products fit into modern lifestyles. These posts generated buzz and positioned Numic as a brand that’s always in the loop, making trends work for them instead of just following the crowd.
