Meta Ads Campaign for Mindful Self Therapy:
Overview🙌
Mental health advertising often relies on generic messages like "You're not alone" or "Book a therapy session today." For this campaign, I wanted to create something that would stop people mid scroll by making them feel seen in a single sentence. Instead of selling therapy, the campaign sells recognition, emotional validation, and curiosity, creating a natural path toward conversion.
The ChallengeðŸ§
The goal was to increase awareness and encourage potential clients to explore therapy services without relying on fear based marketing or clinical language. The audience consisted of people who may be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma responses, relationship challenges, or creative burnout but may not yet identify themselves as someone who needs therapy.
Strategy🚀
1. Start with an emotional truth. Every ad begins with a thought that feels deeply personal rather than promotional.
"Sometimes your body remembers what your mind wants to forget."
"Life can feel loud even when things look fine."
"Love can feel distant without being gone."
