Used Claude to build the video showcase for my new Contra gig β a custom animated QR code service. The hard part wasn't the design, it was the explaining. I had the system that generates and scan-tests the codes, but turning that into a 40-second showcase meant scripting it, sequencing the shots, and writing copy that says what the service does without overselling it. Claude helped me: Draft and tighten the script β cut it from rambling to one clear promise: it's branded, it moves, and it actually scans. Structure the shot list so the animation styles read in order (subtle β bold) instead of as a blur. Write the on-screen captions and the gig copy in my own voice, not generic marketplace filler. What I kept doing myself: every QR code in the video is scan-tested on a real phone before it goes in. Claude's good at the words and the structure β the thing that has to actually work, I still verify by hand. Happy to share the gig or talk through the workflow if it's useful to anyone here.

Turning complex delivery and AI into calm, scalable systems

Most people try to use AI by collecting prompts. That works β briefly. But without structure, prompts create more noise, more decisions, and more mental load. This is the framework I use with senior professionals to help them: β’ Reduce thinking fatigue β’ Improve decision clarity β’ Write and plan faster without losing judgment β’ Use AI selectively, not constantly AI works best between input and output β not as a replacement for thinking, and not as a tool you use all day. I recently documented this system into a practical executive framework covering: β Communication β Planning & prioritisation β Decision support β Meeting preparation β Workflow friction points Sharing a few slides here for anyone rethinking how AI fits into their daily work. If this resonates and you want it tailored to your role, happy to talk.

Most people donβt struggle with AI because itβs powerful. They struggle because it adds more thinking instead of removing it. Iβve been refining a simple way for busy professionals to use AI without new tools, prompt hacking, or extra noise. Just a clear, repeatable setup for emails, planning, decisions, and daily work. Iβve packaged this into a done-for-you Executive AI Setup, delivered in 7 days, designed to make AI support your work β not complicate it. Happy to answer questions or share how I approach AI workflows.

3D Animated Western Trading Scene I created this cinematic 3D animation scene featuring a tense but humorous confrontation inside a luxurious desert trading post. The scene combines expressive character acting, detailed environments, warm cinematic lighting, and a polished animated-film aesthetic. Special attention was given to the charactersβ facial expressions, fur, clothing, wooden materials, jewelry displays, and the overall storytelling composition. The goal was to create a frame that instantly communicates personality and conflict: an angry wolf demanding answers, while the calm squirrel merchant remains completely composed behind the counter. Services included: 3D character concept and styling, environment design, cinematic composition, lighting direction, visual storytelling, and AI-assisted image production. Tools: AI image generation, creative direction, prompt design, and post-production. #RunwayBigAdContest. Available for character design, animated commercials, storyboards, game visuals, and cinematic AI content.π
