Sefina: Full-Lifecycle Real Estate Platform

Sefina is a full-lifecycle real estate platform for verified property in El Gouna and Egypt’s Red Sea coast. It brings buying, renting, off-plan discovery, and property management into one product system, serving international buyers, renters, investors, and absentee owners through a multilingual public experience and secured internal operations tooling.

The public platform is designed around the full ownership journey: search and compare property, buy or rent, manage an owned asset, and return for rental or resale. It supports verified inventory, USD, EUR, and EGP pricing context, area-based market information, property-management yield calculation, and human-led inquiry paths.

Public features include property search and filtering, buy, rent, and off-plan hubs, an interactive El Gouna map, area pages, listing details, inquiry capture, a price-per-square-metre index, property-management tools, and a contact-gated AI Concierge.

Sefina is built as a company platform rather than a static real-estate website. It includes:

A public demand and discovery surface for buyers, renters, and owners

A secured Desk for team inboxes, listing management, media upload, and AI-assisted listing drafts

A secured Control Tower for team administration, email routing, AI-chat review, and platform settings

Lead capture flows that route listing inquiries and Concierge conversations into the team’s existing email and mailbox workflows

A dedicated sales CRM with a canonical contacts graph, deal objects, and pipeline management is planned as the next internal product layer. The live system already provides the lead intake, team roles, mail operations, and AI-transcript foundation for that expansion.

Sefina runs as a single Next.js App Router application, with public pages, API routes, Desk, and Control Tower sharing one codebase while remaining separated by access and responsibility.

Supabase provides PostgreSQL and authentication. Resend supports inbound and outbound email flows. Listing media is stored in Cloudflare R2, while Google Gemini powers the Concierge and AI-assisted listing drafting. Leaflet and react-leaflet provide custom El Gouna map exploration. Internal operational surfaces are gated and protected through authentication, JWT sessions, rate limits, contact validation, and restricted access patterns.

Sefina pairs place-specific real-estate expertise with a product-led operating model. The goal is a trusted, multilingual property experience for El Gouna, backed by agent tools and AI-assisted operations rather than a brochure site with a contact form.
