Simoula is an AI talent and hiring platform for AI specialists and the teams hiring them. It combines public proof-of-work profiles, AI character clones, job discovery, asynchronous video interviews, employer-side candidate intelligence, and a social network for the AI community.

Hiring platforms often leave candidates with ghosted applications, unclear job quality, and little proof that an opportunity is current. Employers can face noisy or scraped data and limited evidence of a candidate's real work.

Simoula is designed around authentic candidate profiles, employer-posted jobs, and a clearer public record of work. It also gives AI creators and pioneers a social space to share work, follow peers, and participate in the community.

The frontend uses React 18, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. The backend is built on Node.js, Express, and TypeScript, with BullMQ, Redis, and Node-Cron supporting asynchronous matching queues, scheduled workflows, and vendor webhooks.

Supabase provides PostgreSQL, authentication, and Row Level Security. A multi-agent LLM architecture orchestrates Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, OpenAI API, and Anthropic API models with fallback handling. Voice and speech capabilities use ElevenLabs TTS, Deepgram STT, and Silero VAD.

Simoula is built around a candidate-first approach to AI hiring: making practical work more visible, giving employers more structured evidence before interviews, and supporting clearer feedback across the hiring process. Its profile and social features create an ongoing public record of what AI specialists build and share.
