1. The Goal of the Project The goal of this project was to transform a basic real-estate brochure concept into a premium, professional, and highly engaging property investment publication. The client needed a brochure that could communicate property opportunities, investment benefits, development quality, and brand credibility in a way that felt trustworthy and visually sophisticated. The objective was not only to make the brochure attractive, but to create a strong visual identity that could position the company as a modern, reliable, and premium real-estate brand capable of appealing to investors, property buyers, and potential partners. For this reason, I developed the new brand concept NOVA HAVEN REALTY, with the tagline: Smart. Secure. Sustainable. 2. The Challenges Faced The major challenge was presenting a large amount of real-estate information without making the brochure look overcrowded or difficult to read. The content included property information, investment benefits, statistics, company strengths, project details, photographs, and supporting explanations. All of these needed to work together within one consistent design system. Another challenge was creating a professional balance between corporate credibility and luxury presentation. The brochure needed to look premium enough to attract serious property investors while remaining clean, informative, and easy to understand. It was also important to maintain consistency across the cover and different interior layouts while allowing each page to have its own visual character. 3. Project Overview Nova Haven Realty – Property Investment & Development Guide 2026 is a modern real-estate corporate brochure created to present investment opportunities, property developments, company strengths, and investor benefits. I developed a complete visual direction using a sophisticated combination of: Deep navy blue for trust, professionalism, and authority Teal and mint green for freshness, growth, and investment opportunities White and light grey for clarity and visual balance Premium architectural and property photography Clean geometric graphics and architectural line elements Modern typography with bold headings and clear information hierarchy The brochure includes a professionally designed front cover and multiple interior spread concepts, allowing different types of information to be presented while maintaining one consistent brand identity. The overall design direction communicates trust, investment confidence, modern living, quality development, and long-term value. 4. The Solution I Brought to the Client's Problem I approached the project by creating a complete editorial and visual design system instead of simply decorating individual pages. I established a consistent brand language using navy blue, teal, white, typography hierarchy, geometric elements, iconography, page numbering, photography, and structured layouts. Important information such as investment returns, number of projects, years of experience, and property advantages was presented using large numerical highlights and dedicated statistic blocks, making important information easier for readers to notice immediately. I also used modular grid layouts to separate complex information into smaller, easy-to-understand sections. High-quality property images were strategically positioned to create visual impact and help potential buyers imagine the lifestyle and quality associated with the developments. The final result is a premium, organised, and visually persuasive real-estate brochure that improves readability, strengthens brand credibility, and gives the client a professional marketing tool capable of presenting their property opportunities with greater confidence and authority.

Cover image for I didn’t use AI to
I didn’t use AI to design this. I used it to think. A few weeks ago, I created this product-release campaign for Nynth World, a streetwear brand with a dark, rebellious, unapologetic identity. I wanted the visuals to feel like the brand itself—not like another generic clothing ad. So I built the concept around: → gritty textures → high-contrast monochrome visuals → bold, aggressive typography → surreal character illustrations → a raw, underground editorial feel I designed the final pieces in Canva, but the creative direction started somewhere else. I used ChatGPT as a creative thinking partner—to explore visual directions, challenge my initial ideas, refine the concept, and figure out how different elements could work together before I touched the canvas. And that's something I think designers sometimes overlook about AI. AI isn't only useful for generating images. It can help you generate possibilities. It can help you question your first idea, explore different creative directions, develop a visual language, and refine a concept before you start designing. The designer still makes the decisions . The tools simply help you see more possibilities. For me, that's where AI becomes powerful—not replacing creativity, but expanding it. Designed in Canva. Creative direction developed with AI. Final decisions made by me. Most brands don’t have a design problem. They have a conversion problem. They’re posting consistently. They’re showing up. But their content isn’t translating into attention, trust, or revenue. Because good design without strategy is just decoration. I work with founders, brands, and businesses that are serious about growth — helping them turn everyday content into high-performing visual assets that drive engagement and influence buying decisions. Every design I create is built to do one thing: perform. Not just to look good. Not just to fill a page. But to communicate, position, and convert. What that looks like in practice: • Clear, intentional visual communication • Content designed for audience behavior — not guesswork • Strong brand presence that builds trust over time Results: • Stronger engagement across content • Better clarity in brand messaging • More effective visual communication that supports revenue goals My process is simple, but disciplined: Strategy → Design → Performance No trends for the sake of trends. No empty aesthetics. Just visuals that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. If you’re building a brand and you want your visuals to actually pull their weight — send me a DM. hashtag#creativestrategist (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23creativestrategist&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#creativedesigner (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23creativedesigner&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#branddesigner (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23branddesigner&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#unitedkingdom (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23unitedkingdom&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#canada (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23canada&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#graphicdesigner (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23graphicdesigner&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#socialmediamarketing (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23socialmediamarketing&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#socialmediastrategists (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23socialmediastrategists&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#designthinkers (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23designthinkers&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#seyide (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23seyide&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

I recently had the opportunity to design a series of pitch decks for an agritech startup. 🌾🤖 Like every project, I gave it my all—thinking through the visuals, refining the layouts, and trying to create something that communicated the vision clearly. In the end, the decks didn't make the cut. And honestly? That's part of the journey. One thing I've learned as a designer is that not every piece of work gets approved, but every project leaves you with something valuable. This one challenged me to think beyond making slides look good. It pushed me to dive deeper into storytelling, structure, hierarchy, clarity, and how to present complex ideas in a way that investors can understand within minutes. Looking back, I can already see things I'd approach differently today, and that's what excites me the most. Every rejection is feedback. Every challenge is another level unlocked. I'm still proud of the work because it represents where I was at that moment. More importantly, I'm proud of the growth that came from it. The goal has never been perfection. The goal is to keep improving, keep building, and keep showing up. On to the next pitch deck—stronger, smarter, and better. If you're building something ambitious and need a designer who cares about communicating ideas just as much as making them look great, let's connect. #Agrolati (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23agrolati&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #PitchDeck (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23pitchdeck&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #PresentationDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23presentationdesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #AgriTech (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23agritech&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #GraphicDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23graphicdesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #VisualStorytelling (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23visualstorytelling&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #DesignJourney (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23designjourney&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #CreativeGrowth (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23creativegrowth&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #BrandDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23branddesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

Cover image for You can build the best
You can build the best software in the world… and still get ignored. 😑 Why? People don’t experience your code first — they experience your brand. Your design, your visuals, your messaging — that’s what speaks before your product ever gets a chance to. A lot of businesses are investing heavily in development, tech stacks, and innovation.…but are still underperforming because their branding doesn’t communicate the value they’ve built. Good design is not decoration. It’s positioning. It’s perception. It’s what makes people trust, remember, and choose you. If your brand looks average, people assume your solution is too — no matter how powerful it actually is. The real edge today? Strategy + Creativity working together. That’s how you turn software into a brand people believe in. If you’re building something solid but it’s not translating visually… we should talk. hashtag#Branding (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23branding&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#DesignStrategy (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23designstrategy&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#TechBrands (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23techbrands&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#SoftwareDevelopment (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23softwaredevelopment&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#CreativeDirection (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23creativedirection&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#BusinessGrowth (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23businessgrowth&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#brandinguk (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23brandinguk&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) hashtag#globaldesigner (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23globaldesigner&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)
