So I built a system that automatically splits leads by budget tier the second they come in, and routes each one down its own path. Here's what happens behind the scenes: → A lead comes in through a webhook → It's instantly logged into Airtable (no manual entry, ever) → A second record gets created for deeper tracking → The team gets pinged on Slack in real time → The system checks the budget → High-tier leads get one treatment. Standard-tier leads get another. → Both get emailed and logged automatically, no human touches a spreadsheet The result? -Sales reps stop wasting time qualifying leads manually. -Big-budget prospects get the white-glove response they expect. -Nothing falls through the cracks. Nothing gets buried in an inbox. This is the difference between "we have a CRM" and "our CRM actually works for us." Most businesses are sitting on leads worth 10x more attention than they're getting, simply because there's no system separating the signal from the noise.
