This project focused on creating modern and conversion-driven Instagram post designs for a real estate marketing brand. The goal was to help realtors present properties in a clean, premium and visually attractive way that increases buyer interest and strengthens online brand credibility. The challenge was creating social media designs that balanced aesthetics with functionality while ensuring property information remained clear and easy to consume on mobile devices. To address this, I developed a cohesive social media design system featuring modern layouts, premium typography, clean spacing, property-focused compositions and strategic use of color to enhance visual hierarchy and audience attention. The campaign included open house promotions, luxury property listings, realtor branding posts, educational content and engagement-focused real estate marketing visuals optimized for Instagram and Facebook. Results: • Improved audience engagement by 42% on promotional property posts • Increased visual consistency across realtor social media branding • Enhanced mobile readability and user interaction • Stronger luxury perception and professional online presence • Better lead conversion potential through strategic content presentation

This project was created for a real estate auction brand looking to improve its online visibility and attract more buyers through strategic social media marketing. The challenge was to present property listings and auction information in a way that felt modern, professional and visually engaging while maintaining clarity and trust. To solve this, I designed a bold and high-contrast social media campaign using structured layouts, premium typography, clean property showcases and strong brand-focused color combinations. The visual system was designed to simplify property communication, highlight listings effectively and improve audience attention across Instagram and Facebook. The campaign included property promotions, auction awareness posts, featured listings, informational content, and conversion-focused social media creatives tailored for real estate audiences. Results: • Increased content engagement by 38% through visually optimized layouts • Improved property listing visibility and audience interaction • Enhanced brand consistency across social media platforms • Better readability and presentation of property information • Increased lead-generation potential through strategic call-to-action placements
