Branding & Hero Animation for Newly.app (http://Newly.app) — AI App Builder End-to-end branding and hero section design concept for an AI platform that turns ideas into native iOS and Android apps without writing a single line of code. What we did: → Brand Identity: Visual language, color palette, and typography system. → Hero Section: Animation concept built around the metaphor of [insert your metaphor, e.g., "ideas transforming into live products"]. → Motion & UX: Micro-interactions, transitions, and scroll behavior. The Challenge: Visually conveying the speed and "magic" of AI while maintaining a professional, tech-forward, and trustworthy image for founders and entrepreneurs. The Result: A high-impact hero animation that explains the product's core value proposition in under 3 seconds—capturing the feeling of [insert emotion, e.g., "turning a raw idea into a shipped product with total control"]. Tools: Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D Client: Newly (http://Newly.app)

So we're adding "fold transition" to the standard deliverables now? Fine. The mascot didn't see the iPhone Duo lid coming either 👀

A new project and a new case study are in progress. Develop a website for Nix Studio. The company provides full-cycle interior design, including visuals, drawings, and supervision. The company covers the entire process. I'll share some excerpts now; the full case study will be available later.

After a short hiatus, I’m gradually getting back to posting. During this time, a few changes have come up that I’d like to share. First and foremost, I’ve started updating my website. I’ve long wanted to give it a new visual design—one that more accurately reflects my approach to design, my taste, and my vision of modern digital design. At the same time, I’m working on a more traditional business project that isn’t related to design. It’s taking up quite a bit of my time and energy right now, but I’m excited to try my hand at something different and go through the entire process from an entrepreneur’s perspective. That said, I haven’t forgotten about my client projects and am continuing to work on them. So there will gradually be more posts here: about the website update, current projects, design, and perhaps a little about this new business venture. I’m glad to be back.

An AI agent becomes much more useful when it has somewhere real to work. Not another disposable chat. A private Linux workspace where it can keep project context, use browser and terminal tools, run automations, and leave behind inspectable files, logs, and deployed systems. This is the operating model behind two recent builds: InterviewCoach: Android/Compose + FastAPI/LangGraph, a public APK, and 111,723 deterministic load-test requests with 0 failures. An omnichannel agent: one LangGraph-controlled brain, PostgreSQL/pgvector state, and active Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp adapters. I have now made the same managed environment available as a Contra product. Starter is $30/month: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB storage, automation runtime, controlled Google sign-in, and 30 minutes of expert support. The boundary is explicit: the subscription covers the workspace and its support allocation. Custom integrations, migration, and production hardening are scoped separately. https://contra.com/products/l68ei2Zz-managed-private-ai-workspace-expert-support If you are a founder or operator with one real workflow to prove before committing to a larger build, this is the entry point.

Most AI automation projects do not fail because the model is weak. They fail because the operating system around the model is missing. Before I let an agent touch a live workflow, I define four things: 01 / The source of truth. 02 / The decisions the model may make. 03 / The actions a deterministic gate must approve. 04 / The evidence that proves the result. That pattern now runs across three public builds: BUILD 01 / Organizational AI Memory with source-backed retrieval. BUILD 02 / Monday + Zoom + RTMP meeting automation with transcription and AI scoring. BUILD 03 / Browser-first Telegram operations with Postgres truth, Qdrant retrieval, and deterministic gates. I have packaged the entry point as a focused AI Workflow Audit: one process, one success metric, a risk map, and a 30-day implementation roadmap. https://contra.com/s/XgBvUXrq-ai-workflow-audit-30-day-automation-roadmap What is the first workflow in your business that is still held together by copying, checking, and chasing?

I designed it as a premium application for shaping the emotional quality of a private interior through light. Instead of treating lighting like a smart-home settings panel, the concept treats light as an architectural material. From a single responsive surface, the user can: adjust luminous intensity tune atmosphere / bloom scrub the solar meridian across the day switch material emphasis compare states save a preset open a commission summary Prototype: https://stitch.withgoogle.com/preview/11025185860304544382?node-id=d326bee735504c7382712f3311866d8a I used Stitch inside a multi-agent workflow orchestrated through Codex CLI + MCP. Stitch handled the interface generation and iterative design passes, while the agent workflow helped pressure-test directions, validate interaction states, and keep the concept moving toward a working product surface instead of a static mockup. What I especially liked: fast concept generation strong visual exploration quick iteration on layout and interaction direction What I’d still like to improve: stronger material-response differences a more ownable room identity even richer visual transitions between light states Built for the Google Stitch Challenge on Contra.

I made this short video in ElevenLabs to show one small part of what I’m building at Sell.Systems (http://Sell.Systems). The idea is simple: too much work still disappears in handoffs. research → planning → building → testing → delivery every step protects quality, but it also leaks context. So I’m building a different setup: a private AI workspace with a web terminal, separate execution lanes for different jobs, and one protected core that stays under control. One lane can handle web work. Another can test ideas. Another can do lead research, content, or reporting. They can connect when needed. They can stay isolated when they should. The goal is not “more AI everywhere.” The goal is better architecture: clear boundaries, controlled execution, and a system that gets more useful after every run. Sell.Systems (http://Sell.Systems) is the build layer. Automation.Sell.Systems (http://Automation.Sell.Systems) is the managed layer. Not another chatbot. More like a private operating layer for real AI work. Which workflow in your business still has too many handoffs?

Prisons in Kyrgyzstan — Data Visualization An editorial infographic exploring Kyrgyzstan’s prison system through data on correctional facilities, inmate populations, state funding, and prison labour. The project combines pictograms, diagrammatic illustrations, and visual metaphors inspired by fences and barbed wire. A restrained colour palette and clear hierarchy help transform complex statistics into an accessible visual story. Originally designed as a long-form vertical infographic, the project was adapted into a four-part presentation for digital platforms. The figures reflect the data available at the time of the original publication, including prison employment statistics from 2019.

Logos for Digital Media Channels A selection of logo and visual identity work created for four digital media channels: Bugunku Kyrgyzstan, Koroche, Kvadrat, and Nomad Hype. Each identity was developed around a different platform, audience, and editorial tone—from bilingual news coverage to fast-paced social content. The collection explores custom typography, flexible logo variations, bold color systems, and graphic elements designed for YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, and Threads. Bugunku Kyrgyzstan was developed as the most extensive system, combining Kyrgyz and Russian versions with a broader visual language for a multi-platform news brand.

Beshik is a traditional cradle used across Central Asian nomadic cultures. This editorial infographic explores its construction, functional details, and cultural context through a combination of information design, illustration, and 3D visualization. The central exploded-view illustration breaks the cradle down into its individual components, while supporting maps, ornamental elements, and visual references provide a broader cultural context. The project combines clear information hierarchy with a tactile, culturally informed visual language. Deliverables & Scope: — Editorial infographic and exploded-view illustration — 3D modeling and visualization — Map and supporting information graphics — Custom ornamental and graphic elements

Receipts: checks everything a repository claims against what backs it. Badges vs the LICENSE and packaging metadata, README examples vs the functions and flags the code defines, requires-python vs the syntax actually shipped, release notes vs the commits in the range. Each claim is contradicted, has nothing behind it, no longer matches, or is listed as not checked with a reason. Offline, one HTML report, 36 tests, run across 69 real repositories; one finding reported upstream (python-docx #1620). github.com/bisale24-ops/receipts

Mermail agent skill (Claude Skills + MCP): the live Mermail MCP server exposed 83 tools, but the project's own coverage file knew 74, so their validation failed on main. I built a skill for the nine uncovered webhook tools, with the contract taken from the live catalog (confirmation token bound to the exact arguments, delivery is asynchronous, test payloads are synthetic), and a recorded live run where their check goes from exit 1 to green. Public PR: github.com/Nudgen-Marketing/mermail-skills/pull/370

Chapter and Verse: a labour-pay assistant that answers only what it can trace to a source. Every claim names one provision, a separate verifier call sees only that provision, and every quotation is matched against the source in code; anything unproven is shown as a gap, not an answer. Graded on 26 questions, 14 of them traps: zero altered quotes shown to the reader, and the gap reported in 4 of 4 questions the corpus cannot answer. US federal + California law and the full Kyrgyz Labour Code, stdlib Python. Demo: youtu.be/YUXNp8mObfk

CrewVoice: a voice agent that logs crew hours by speech (English + Spanish), built on AssemblyAI's voice agent API with a FastAPI bridge. The model can only create a pending entry; nothing reaches payroll until the agent reads it back and the foreman says yes. Unknown names come back as a question, impossible hours are rejected by the tool, and every confirmed row keeps what the speech recognizer heard. Live demo: crewvoice.onrender.com (https://crewvoice.onrender.com) · Code: github.com/bisale24-ops/crewvoice
