STORM HERD — 30 seconds, one continuous take, no cuts. A herd of white horses stampedes across the slate rooftops of a nineteenth-century city while a thunderstorm tears the sky open behind them. The camera never breaks: it starts at hoof height on a rooftop ridge, lifts into the air as the herd charges past, drops into a chase behind them, threads between two galloping bodies, climbs above the roof valley, then dives and flies backwards ahead of the leaders to the final leap off the roof edge into open air. The whole film is graded to a single cold palette — cyan-steel monochrome, blacks crushed to zero, highlights blown to pure white. The only light source in the entire 30 seconds is the storm. Five lightning strikes punctuate the take, and at the 16-second mark one of them blows the frame completely white for two frames, turning the horses into black cut-outs before the image recovers through a bloom haze. That flash is the hardest part of the whole piece — a full-frame whiteout is exactly where a model wants to cut, and holding the take through it was the technical problem I built the prompt around. Made in CapCut Video Studio with Seedance 2.5. Full prompt and workflow below.

Hey Contra fam! 👋 A lot of you saw Version 1 of my Interstellar AI project when it won 2nd place in the CapCut Video Studio Challenge recently. The support from this community during that run was absolutely unreal, so I wanted to share the next evolution with you first. Here is Version 2. I wanted to see how far I could push the current AI video stack to mimic high-end cinematic language. I built this entirely from scratch—made in Higgsfield—to try and nail a very specific, gritty, and tactile aesthetic. Dialing in the prompt architecture to get consistent, heavy motion (like the massive wave and the curved space station) took a lot of trial and error, but the level of control Higgsfield offers creators right now is incredible. I’m always refining my prompt workflow for client projects, but passion pieces like this are where the real R&D happens. If anyone is currently building out their own AI video pipelines or wrestling with motion consistency, drop a comment! I’d love to chat about what tools you’re all testing right now.

When clients ask what the difference is between a generated video and a directed AI video, this is the benchmark. This project explores a high-end, cinematic visual language—specifically targeting a gritty aesthetic. The Workflow: Prompt Architecture: Built initial shot structures using custom Tapebot integration for precise, repeatable visual rules. Motion Generation: Orchestrated complex motion pipelines using Seedance and Nano Banana Pro, focusing on the physical impact of the subjects (like the heavy gallop of the horse) and subtle camera tracking. Sound Design: Grounded the generated visuals using isolated, ambient foley to build tension, proving that premium sound design is non-negotiable for AI content. Available now for AI Video Lead roles and creative motion projects. Let's build something cinematic.

Hey everyone! I recently spent some time deep in the AI video pipeline, recreating a commercial guide developed by Higgsfield. When orchestrating these types of AI-generated commercials, getting the motion prompts and visual tone perfectly aligned is the biggest hurdle. For this piece, the focus was all on environmental contrast. I had to ensure the prompt architecture supported a smooth transition from a very stylized, pastel morning routine into a rigid, desaturated office space. The fluid tracking shots were crucial here to anchor the viewer in the character's "audio bubble," making the final comedic payoff—where the high-stress environment is completely neutralized by the music—actually land. Would love to hear how others in the community are currently utilizing Higgsfield or similar tools for commercial shot lists and motion direction!

Most fashion AI workflows generate images. I wanted to build something closer to how fashion brands actually launch products today. So I built Fashion Drop Engine, a @Morphic workflow that turns a single garment into a complete, ready-to-post drop campaign. You choose the direction- drop type, platform, brand tone and shape how the campaign feels. Review each stage, refine it, and stay in control of the final output. Clean, individual visuals. A ready-to-post video. Copy, Caption & CTA included. Even logo integration. One input. Full campaign. Your direction. Try it here: https://studio.morphic.com/en/workflows/019dcab0-30f9-77cb-934d-b33f03726232/fashion-drop-engine [*Dress from: dreamitwearit (https://dreamitwearit.com/) and not affiliated with this challenge*]

From Manual Chaos to Automated Precision. If your team is still copy-pasting data from AI chats into databases, you're leaving money on the table. This diagram shows how I’m helping clients bridge that gap: Extract: Using Gumloop to pull live data from the web or internal docs. Process: Routing that data through n8n for custom logic and API calls. Refine: Using ChatGPT to transform raw data into high-value insights. Store: Syncing everything into Notion for a perfectly organized workspace. The result? ✅ 90% reduction in manual data entry. ✅ Real-time lead research and content creation. ✅ A scalable system that grows with your business. Ready to see this workflow in action for your business? Let's talk.

Stop manually managing your X (Twitter) account. Let n8n do the heavy lifting. 🚀 I’ve been building powerful automation workflows that connect n8n with X, and the results are game-changing for content creators and businesses. Instead of spending hours drafting and posting, imagine a system that: ✅ Automatically generates content ideas using AI. ✅ Schedules and posts threads at optimal times. ✅ Cross-posts your LinkedIn wins directly to X. The image below represents the perfect marriage of Logic (n8n) and Distribution (X). If you are looking to scale your personal brand or business on X without the burnout, let’s chat. I can build this workflow for you.

Case Study: How One AI Agent Saved a Founder Weeks of Research Hey founders! A few days ago, a client reached out with a new requirement. He said: “I need a full due diligence report Agent. Research everything news, social media, the whole internet and give me a clean PDF.” (for same report Messari.io (https://messari.io/) charge $4000/year) No big research team. No weeks of waiting. I built a smart AI agent that handled the entire job automatically. Here’s exactly what happened: The client simply uploaded the white paper. The AI read it carefully, then went out and searched the internet, news sites, and social media for real-world insights, risks, and opportunities. It pulled everything together and delivered a professional, ready-to-read PDF report. All done in hours instead of weeks. I used the latest AI tools behind the scenes a simple chat interface on Slack, multiple smart agents working together, and powerful search capabilities. But the founder didn’t need to know any of that. He just uploaded the document and got his report. This kind of AI is perfect when you have a consistent workflow things you do again and again, like due diligence, market checks, competitor reviews, or investment research. It gives you accurate, thorough results every single time without hiring extra people or spending endless hours. For non-tech founders, this is game-changing. You stay focused on building your business while the AI does the heavy research lifting. Would you use an AI like this for your next big decision? Drop a comment I’d love to know what kind of research you hate doing manually! 👇

The era of the specialist is over, and honestly, good. First Data Scientist, then UI/UX, and lately I've been making AI visuals- both pictures and videos. Here's what I got wrong first. Most AI videos are bad because people ask it to make a whole scene. You write a paragraph, hope for the best, and do it again. It's like a slot machine with a monthly fee. So I stopped writing prompts and started giving it pictures. I made a still first. A still is easy to judge and easy to throw away. If the light and the crop are right, I have made every decision before anything moves. Then I animated that still. Six seconds. One job. Nothing else moves. Then the fun part. I took the last frame of that clip and used it as the first frame of the next one. That frame had a hairline crack across a mirror. So the second generation didn't need a mirror described to it. It already had one. Cracked. Lit the way I lit it. All it had to do was break the thing. And lo and behold, within three iterations, I achieved my anticipated result and merged the videos together. So, personal lesson is to develop such videos upon last frames from the desired output produced- akin to the software development WATERFALL model- damn, once a techie, always a techie :P - what a complex and narrowly understandable analogy. So: how was it? Be honest. And what say you? Do you agree with my hook?

I wanted her website to feel like her music. Ruelle has been in my rotation since Shadowhunters. Her songs are dark cinematic, enigmatic even which is why they keep landing in prime time shows yet in contrast her site is white and quiet. So I rebuilt it in her musical persona. There's music on her original site, but there's no player. You hunt, you click, you wait, you leave. So the rebuild has one job. Make the listening happen on the site itself. A bespoke working turntable at the centre, built as a code component. The records carry her own release art, cropped round with the hole punched through. Browsers won't autoplay audio. So the tap on the vinyl record became the opening. Concept piece. The hero is a photograph of her, animated with Kling. And in the last moment, I just added these cursor effect of floating musical notes- to make it more cohesive with the theme :) Do let me know y'all if you have ever listened to any song by her, and if yes, which one? Also, do let me know your thoughts on this reconceptualisation and rebulid.

HEARTWOOD Landing page & brand direction for a slow-living botanical skincare line Heartwood makes skincare for older skin, so the whole thing had to feel unhurried and kind rather than clinical. I brainstormed and wireframed the structure in Figma, building it on a wabi-sabi palette — warm bone (#F5EFE6), deep walnut (#5C4033), and a muted wood taupe (#655C55) for the accents — with Fraunces carrying the calm headlines and Inter handling the body. There's no pure black or white anywhere; every tone sits a few degrees warmer. Because the audience skews older, accessibility drove the calls: body text never drops below 16px, tap targets stay generous, and every pairing is contrast-checked to WCAG AA. Motion is limited to slow fade-ins — nothing that startles. The wood-grain heart logo and product imagery were generated and cleaned up in ChatGPT, the hero clip came out of Veo, and I built the final responsive site in Framer — with Claude as a design-and-build partner throughout. Tools: Figma (wireframing & design) · Framer (build) · Claude · ChatGPT (imagery) · Veo (video)

Paw Treats Brand refresh & playful landing page for a small-batch dog-treat company Paw Treats needed to feel as friendly as the product — oven-baked treats made with real meat and veggies. I rebuilt the brand around teal (#1C8493), warm brown (#47311F), and cream, all taken from the hand-lettered logo, and leaned into rounded, cheerful type with Fredoka and Nunito. The direction and wireframes came together in Figma. The hero runs a dog being handed a treat behind a soft teal scrim, under "Wholesome treats worth the wag." One constraint solved two problems: the clip had a watermark in the corner, so I placed a "loved by 2,000+ pups" rating card exactly there — it hides the mark and doubles as social proof. The dog footage was generated in Runway and Kling, the logo redrawn and cleaned up in ChatGPT, and the final bouncy, playful build shipped in Framer — with Claude helping throughout from concept to build. Tools: Figma (design & wireframing) · Framer (build) · Claude · ChatGPT (imagery) · Runway / Kling (video)
