Your business doesn't always need more followers. It may need better content. If people are viewing your page but not enquiring, don't immediately assume you need more followers. Look at what you're posting. Are you educating potential customers? Are you showing your product clearly? Are you answering the questions they have before buying? Are you building enough trust? Are you giving them a reason to take action? Visibility gets attention. Good content gives people a reason to stay, trust you and eventually buy. For example, instead of a skincare brand posting: “Our new moisturizer is available. Order now.” I would build content around the customer's problem: “Why does your skin still feel dry after moisturizing?” Then educate them, introduce the product as part of the solution, show how to use it, and give them a clear next step. That's the difference between just posting a product and marketing a product. What do you think makes someone stop scrolling and actually enquire about a product? This is a very good first post for you because you're showing potential clients that you understand marketing rather than begging them to hire you.
