Advising Global E-Learning Platform on scoping out multilingual translation tender text & AV content to achieve best use of the budget though a hybrid of AI and Human. A global e-learning provider approached for guidance on how to scope out a large-scale localisation project involving both textual and audiovisual content in order to minimise the cost. They needed to prepare accurate specifications and RFQs for translation vendors so I analysed their entire content library β training modules, UI strings, voice-over scripts, and video materials β and mapped out the optimal tender specification in order to identify where automation & AI such as Veed & Smartcat could safely reduce costs, and where human linguistic and cultural input remained essential. π Delivered complete localisation scope & budget framework for an RFP
