A single platform connecting performance data, content generation and automated experimentation into one growth decision system.
Next.js · TypeScript · Rules Engine · Live Search
The Challenge
Content and SEO teams were managing comparison content across dozens of business verticals, 12 countries and 9 languages, while performance data lived separately across analytics, BI and experimentation tools.
Teams could see that performance had changed, but not always why it had changed, what content should happen next or which experiments were worth running. Learnings were also spread across disconnected systems rather than being reused over time.
The Solution
I designed the Content & Data Hub as a three-layer platform.
Data Intelligence
Diagnoses why performance moves and ranks likely causes.
Content Intelligence
Matches seasonal and commercial events to the right business verticals and generates localised content across 9 languages.
Automation & Experimentation
Turns insights into structured experiments and feeds the results back into a growing learning memory.
The aim was not to build another standalone content generator, but to connect data, recommendations, content creation and experimentation into one operational system.
One system that diagnoses, generates, tests and remembers rather than a collection of disconnected tools.
Key Capabilities
Seasonal & commercial calendar
Holidays and curated retail moments across 12 countries.
Vertical relevance engine
Matches each event to the business verticals it actually affects.
Localised content generation
Generates headlines, ribbon copy and long-form content across 9 languages.
Live AI search insights
Surfaces current market signals by vertical and country.
AI-search content optimiser
Reviews and rewrites existing content against an AI-search-readiness checklist.
Search, filtering & CSV export
Makes it easier to use outputs within existing planning cycles.
Business Impact
Fragmented tools → One growth decision system
The platform created a centralised workflow for performance insight, content planning and experimentation.
It enabled localised content generation across 12 countries and 9 languages, introduced built-in relevance matching between events and business verticals, and supported AI-search optimisation of existing content.
Future Evolution
The platform was designed to support further development including:
