Designing a Real Estate Management Dashboard Make complex property operations easier to understand and act on. The dashboard brings together the information a real estate team needs: โ†’ Active listings โ†’ Properties sold โ†’ Pending deals โ†’ Upcoming viewings โ†’ Overdue follow-ups โ†’ Deal performance โ†’ Portfolio activity โ†’ Recent listings One area I paid particular attention to was the Deal Conversion Overview. Instead of treating the chart as decoration, I focused on making the relationship between total deals, closed deals, and lost deals easy to understand while keeping the interface visually lightweight. The final direction uses a minimal visual system, clear hierarchy, subtle color coding, and focused interactions to keep the dashboard informative without overwhelming the user. Good dashboard design isn't about showing more data. It's about helping users understand the right data faster. Designed in Figma.
