We sat with her, asked a lot of questions, trimmed the plan to what mattered, and shipped in 5 weeks. 🚀 What we built • Admin sets curriculum by subject and standard, schedules group sessions and one to one. • Present students get a worksheet tied to the exact sub topic and level. • Tutors mark attendance and quick per student feedback. • Students see tasks on a simple dashboard and submit work. Tutors review inside the app. 🚀 Where the consulting helped • We cut nice to have, kept must have, parked the rest. • CSV upload to bring in curriculum and spawn worksheets without copy paste. • Clear roles and views, who sees what and when. • Caps on open tutor tasks so work finishes. • Flows kept obvious, fewer clicks.

My portfolio, and the start of something I've been building toward for a while. This is my first post here, so I wanted it to count. Sharing the site I designed and built for myself on Framer. I didn't want a portfolio that just lists projects. I wanted one that shows what I'm capable of the moment someone lands on it. So instead of static sections, the whole site moves, a deconstructing glass navbar, a stacked scroll through my work, a custom cursor that turns into a live preview as you hover, and a footer that reveals itself right at the end, from underneath everything else on the page. I'm a freelance Framer developer and UI/UX designer based in Delhi, and this site is basically my resume in motion.
