Evidence Gathering & Record Check: Cross-referenced firm communication logs, client intake files, and consultation databases to determine the lack of a verified retainer or formal client relationship with the reviewer. Dispute Escalation: Submitted a formal policy appeal through the official Google Business Profile Dispute Workflow, highlighting the absence of a genuine consumer relationship and service transaction records. Removal Execution: Successfully argued the violation, leading Google’s moderation team to completely purge the old review from the firm's map listing. Business Impact 100% Policy Takedown: Completely cleared the legacy negative review from public search view.
