The practice also helps with emotional trauma such as PTSD , abuse as well as addiction. I am a certified Yoga 200 hr RYT and an American Riding Instructors Association(ARIA) certified Instructor. In 2007 ARIA awarded me The Instructor of The Year for developing Equi Yoga.
