Marty is ready for their next project!
This is one of the poses in "Equi Yoga" (tm) a Yoga practice I created to help riders improve their skills and communication with their horses. The practice also helps with emotional trauma such as PTSD , abuse as well as addiction. I am a certified Yoga 200 hr RYT and an American Riding Instructors Association(ARIA) certified Instructor. In 2007 ARIA awarded me The Instructor of The Year for developing Equi Yoga.
