Presenting π§ββοΈ MicroMeditate I created MicroMeditate, a small app concept built with Anything (https://www.createanything.com), that helps users manage digital stress in real time. Hereβs how it works: Β· The app tracks your daily notifications. Β· Once you hit a custom limit (set by you), it offers a 30-second guided βmental reset.β Β· These short meditations adapt to your stress level or time of day, helping you disconnect for a moment and come back clearer. The idea comes from a simple logic: constant notifications = constant stress. Features alerts, settings to customize your experience, rest screen, and stats π #anythingchallenge

Glowo | A Virtual Pet for Modern Self Care

Community, please meet your new pet Glowo, a nostalgic wellness spin on the Tamagotchi. Instead of taking care of a pet, you take care of β¨yourselfβ¨. Track your water intake, exercise, and daily skin conditions and Glowo reacts instantly with different moods. It turns routine into an experience that feels warm, familiar, and surprisingly addictive. I created a full set of Glowo mood images and mapped each one to real behaviors; if itβs too hot, too cold, or you abandon the app for a bitβ¦ Glowo changes. Built the whole thing on Anything, and polished the mobile experience on Anything iOS. Iβve learned that skincare routines shouldnβt be static. Some days the weather is dry, others humid, added to that your period comes and your skin just breaks out. Thatβs what inspired me to create SkinMood, a skincare journal app for women that helps you track your routine and get smart recommendations based on weather or your cycle phase. I integrated Google Maps, so when you run out of your favorite product, you can instantly find where to buy it nearby. With weather integration, the app can suggest products depending on humidity levels or UV index that day. Itβs my first project built entirely on Anything! πͺBuilder link (https://www.createanything.com/build/94eb23a3-e62d-4377-8df4-0f168f0b8896?thread=efd561b0-84ff-4606-a890-8e0dd9989951&view=eb0b762e-89ad-45ea-8a5e-0e32d4e92a36)

Is minimalist design actually simple, or just harder to get right? Across all my skincare packaging projects, the approach is the same. Minimal does not mean empty. It means every detail works twice as hard. Constraints are what make the design work. Most of the work happens in what you barely notice. Adjusting typography so it feels editorial, not generic. Letting spacing create hierarchy and make reading effortless. Removing anything that does not serve the product. If it is decorative, bye. ππΌ When everything is reduced, every decision becomes visible. There is nowhere to hide. What is the first thing you remove to make a design feel cleaner?

Flint: A Creative Spark App

β¨ Flint, Creativity that unlocks when you move After the pandemic, many of us stopped going outside. We got isolated, screen-dependent, and creatively blocked because we lost real-world stimuli. Flint is a native iOS app that flips that problem: you walk, take a photo of something that catches your eye, and AI turns it into a creative βFlintβ a spark like a question, title, character or palette inspired by the mood of your photo. And the hook: you can only unlock new Flint categories by walking more kilometers. Movement becomes imagination. The world becomes your creative trigger. The MVP is simple and clear: walk β photo β spark β progress. I wish I could take it further, but I ran out of credits π my designer brain wants perfection, and the backend needs help. Still, the core idea works. This is just the first spark. πΆββοΈβ¨

I built a small interactive experiment with Claude Code It explores real historical figures through the lens of mythology comparing their real stories with timeless personality archetypes found in myths. The idea is simple: learning history in a playful way, by recognizing the archetypes that repeat across cultures and time. Explore it here: https://jessicamenag.github.io/atlas-historias/

Built entirely in Figma Make, it replaces technical music language with intuitive interaction β tap rhythms, shape emotion, experiment visually, and converse with AI inside the studio. Because culture isnβt built by experts. Itβs built by people who experiment.
