Presenting 🧘‍♀️ MicroMeditate I created MicroMeditate, a small app concept built with Anything, that helps users manage digital stress in real time.
Here’s how it works:
· The app tracks your daily notifications.
· Once you hit a custom limit (set by you), it offers a 30-second guided “mental reset.”
· These short meditations adapt to your stress level or time of day, helping you disconnect for a moment and come back clearer.
The idea comes from a simple logic: constant notifications = constant stress.
