Case Study: Automating High-Ticket Consulting with an AI Growth Audit Tool

In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, potential clients often struggle to visualize the direct impact of growth strategies on their bottom line. To solve this, I designed and developed the Growth Audit Calculator, an AI-powered micro-app built on Anything. This tool transforms cold data into a strategic roadmap, acting as an automated lead magnet that delivers instant value while positioning Franvi Mktg as a data-driven authority.
The Challenge
Traditional marketing audits are time consuming, as a freelancer, manually analyzing a prospect’s metrics before the first discovery call can be inefficient. I needed a way to:
Qualify leads instantly based on their current performance.
Demonstrate the "Cost of Inaction" (the revenue they are losing today).
Provide actionable insights without a 48 hour turnaround time.
The Solution: An Intelligent Growth Engine
Using Anything, I built a seamless interface where users input four key metrics: Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, and Ad Spend. Unlike a standard calculator, this app uses a custom AI System Prompt to interpret the data, calculate potential "leaking revenue," and suggest three bespoke growth pillars for the user’s specific niche.
