A while back, a friend pitched a clothing gig where he’d sketch and I’d digitize. He sent me a rough drawing with the message, “I trust your eyes for creativity, just make it a good digital design.” That one line inflated my designer ego so high I completely ignored the “just” part and went full Renaissance artist inside Figma. By the time I was done, I had destroyed my trackpad and his expectations in one sitting. 😐 The project got “postponed” (basically, I killed my laptop). And yes, all of it happened in Figma, back when brushes didn’t even exist. 🤧

Why I chose the brand I chose Fanta because it represents joy, connection and everyday moments that feel universal. It works naturally in an emotion-led story without needing heavy branding. Narrative + visual design direction The film tells a simple emotional story where the brand appears only when the mother appears making Fanta part of the emotional resolution rather than the setup. The narrative builds from tension to warmth ending in relief and happiness. Visually the direction is cinematic and minimal using natural light and intimate framing to let emotion lead.
