Seeing my year reflected by Framer was a great reminder of how much building happened behind the scenes. Big thanks to the Framer team for creating a tool that actually empowers designers to ship fast without sacrificing quality, and to the community for constantly pushing the bar higher. Being part of such a builder-driven ecosystem has genuinely shaped how I work. Looking forward to designing, experimenting, and shipping even more with Framer in the year ahead āØ

Have you ever tried to use AI to move faster, only to realize doing it yourself was quicker? I designed a landing page for JIG fully built on a grid in Figma. Then I used three AI tools to build it, even feeding them detailed context through MCP. None executed it properly. One built only part of it. One ignored the grid. One was close, but still wrong. Yes, AI can do it. But in my experience, you need near code level precision to get high quality output. The ironic part is that building it in Framer was the fastest route. The grid system was already there and the layout was clear. Trying to shortcut the process with AI actually slowed it down. P.S. The landing page is still a work in progress, so tablet and mobile views are not done yet.

We spend so much time in front of a screen (at least me) that sometimes it feels like floating in space, sealed off, weightless, untethered from anything real. Serene is a step back. A sphere breathes on the screen, slowly in, slowly out, not asking you to follow, just showing you what calm looks like. You mix the sounds yourself, rain with wind, forest with ocean, whatever pulls you closest to somewhere real. The kind of quiet that used to just exist before we filled every moment with noise. It does not fix the fact that you have been sitting at a desk for six hours. But for a few minutes, it reminds your body that it already knows how to rest. Built in Figma, brought to life with Figma Make. š Sound on. šØ Figma file: Serene Design (https://www.figma.com/design/WiiNbTosedyFA9Wirwidv7/Serene?node-id=0-1&t=ZumGiCFZ90ihRdd6-1)š Live project: Serene App (https://mentor-rock-20170146.figma.site)š Community file: Serene Remix (https://www.figma.com/community/file/1649519163134663850/serene)š¦ Social sharing: X post (https://x.com/LorantTrellay/status/2067699261005840750?s=20)

Designing a premium event brand is one thing. Building a website that speaks to multiple audiences without losing that feeling is another. After shaping the identity for OSD, the next step was translating the experience online. OSD is a one-of-a-kind event space in Berlin ā hosting everything from weddings and private dinners to cultural and corporate events. The challenge was creating a digital experience that could clearly speak to very different audiences while still feeling cohesive, elevated, and true to the space itself. We designed and built the full website in Framer ā structuring the experience around OSDās different event formats, improving clarity across the user journey, and creating a system flexible enough to grow with the brand. Peec.ai's careers page, connected to Ashby. Added a department filter tab (Engineering, Growth, Product, Sales and more) that reads Ashby's department tags, so new roles land under the right filter automatically. Plus ongoing maintenance of the FAQ accordion across breakpoints.

Peec.ai's pricing page. Traced a currency bug inside the custom price-card component: the geo logic read the wrong browser property, so US visitors saw euros and Europeans saw dollars. Fixed it so the right currency shows by location, and added a skeleton loader so the correct price appears the first time, with no flash.

Peec.ai's Actions product page, built from Figma into Framer. Pixel-accurate across desktop, tablet and mobile, with a custom 3-tab code component (Earned, Owned, Impact) that swaps between product dashboards. No hacked variants, tab state and content handled in code.

Peec.ai's lead qualification funnel. A three-step flow built in Framer: a form that collects qualification data, a confirmation page, and a conditional exit. High-fit leads go straight to demo booking, everyone else gets a fast-loading product video hosted on Bunny.net (https://Bunny.net) through a custom URL-only Framer component.

Built this landing page in Framer for a German AI payroll platform using something I call "human-first storytelling." The challenge? Payroll professionals are naturally skeptical of AI. They don't want to feel replaced, they want to feel empowered. So instead of leading with tech specs, I started with their daily struggles. Then showed how AI actually solves them through an interactive bento grid that lets visitors explore features at their own pace. The storytelling flows from pain points to solutions, making complex AI feel approachable while still showcasing all the technical capabilities. What's your take? Does this storytelling approach make AI feel more trustworthy for traditionally conservative industries?

Built BRICK Socials in Webflow + Relume. Webflow keeps things solid, Relume makes wireframing and development x100 faster. Using this combo yet, or still doing it the looooong way?

Built NoBrands' website in Webflow + Spline. Remixed and adapted a Spline interaction (shout out to the original creator) for their hero: a 3D hand that follows your mouse. The H1 reads "Branding and web design that follows your vision." So the interaction does exactly what the copy promises. That's the point. Interaction as messaging. Is it too obvious or does it do the trick?

Sorenvale Framer Template is built around one interaction: move through the project menu and let the images come to you. Magnetic Images: project images appear and crossfade as you move through the menu, turning navigation into part of the portfolio itself. https://sorenvale-template.framer.website/

Happy to share a Framer new project I've been working on the past few weeks! šš«§ Portfolio site for Studio Mirabelli ā a NYC set design studio. Built around a print editorial feeling translated to digital: opposing-scroll homepage animation and CMS-connected project spreads with five layout variants.
