Authored a feature story on ecotherapy for U The Caribbean Health Digest, one of the region’s leading sources of credible health and wellness information. The piece explored the intersection of environmental exposure and mental well-being, translating research-backed concepts into accessible, engaging narrative for a broad readership. The work required balancing scientific integrity with editorial voice, ensuring the topic was presented with clarity, depth, and cultural relevance for a Caribbean audience.

The house always wins. One question: does the public's low opinion of Congress actually cost incumbents their seats? I built an interactive board across all 27 election cycles since 1972, toggling incumbent reelection against Gallup approval, every figure sourced. The result you can audit on one screen: House incumbents who ran won about 94% of the time while Congress sat near 28% approval.

I found a great line buried at the bottom of stillerssoda.com (http://stillerssoda.com): "If you put your ear to a Stiller's, you'll hear Ben Stiller whispering the ingredient label." That became the premise. We brought in actor Jack Elmendorf (a frequent collaborator) to bring the concept to life, put him in oversized knitwear, and shot the entire spot in a day with our core crew. The result: 30 seconds of cinema bottled in knitwear. It's nippy out there.
