My background includes UX management and Product Owner roles at eBay Enterprise and Magento Commerce, where I worked on ecommerce platforms and a SaaS order-management product. I defined requirements, prioritized improvements, and supported development and release validation.

I offer UX audits, redesigns of existing flows, and UX/UI design for new features. My work connects interface design with the business rules, technical constraints, and product decisions behind each screen.
