The Making of Kaiserreich Loading screens
That eagle mark carries a lot of the weight here, dark and worn instead of clean and polished fits the tone of a war-torn setting way better than a typical logo treatment would. Did the loading screen have to match an established visual language from the base game, or did you have room to define the mood yourself?
I was given quite a bit of creative freedom, but of course, I still had to match the overall visual style of the game and its setting
