Shopify Website Redesign & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for Fashion & Apparel Store
In this project, I worked as a Shopify CRO Specialist and Shopify Growth Expert to redesign and optimize a fashion ecommerce store for higher conversions, improved customer engagement, and increased online sales.
The project focused on Shopify website redesign, Shopify UX/UI design, ecommerce optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). I redesigned the homepage, collection pages, and product pages with a clean, modern, and mobile-first layout that highlights new arrivals, featured collections, promotional offers, and best-selling products while creating a seamless shopping experience.
Key improvements included optimizing product presentation, improving visual hierarchy, implementing conversion-focused CTAs, trust-building elements, customer reviews, promotional banners, and category navigation to increase customer confidence and drive more purchases. I also enhanced Shopify mobile responsiveness, site speed optimization, product page design, and checkout flow to reduce bounce rates and improve conversion performance.
Additionally, I implemented Shopify CRO strategies, including social proof, featured collections, upsell opportunities, discount campaigns, and customer journey optimization to increase add-to-cart rates and maximize revenue.

Shopify CRO & Bike Store Redesign
Led the redesign and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of a Shopify bike ecommerce store with the goal of improving user experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving higher online sales. The project included a complete optimization of the homepage, collection pages, product pages, navigation structure, and checkout flow to create a seamless shopping experience across desktop and mobile devices.
