If you're ever feeling stuck for creativity, I suggest looking back at your old work to see what you'd improve. It’s a great way to measure progress without the pressure of starting from scratch.
I recently opened up my project archives to do exactly this. What started as a simple modeling exercise evolved into a full lighting and material study. I used this session to refine the metal textures and dial in the studio lighting, all within Blender.

Revisiting old work with fresh eyes is such an underrated creative exercise. The Technics turntable render has beautiful material quality and the lighting on the chrome is spot on. Going back to upgrade old projects is genuinely one of the best ways to see how far you have come.

This is a solid reminder... Looking at old work takes the pressure off and shows how far you've come.
