My current AI powered workflow as a designer and non native English speaker:
→ I use ChatGPT’s Memory as my operational brain. I fed it my pricing, deliverables and feedback rounds, so when I draft complex client emails, I’m not starting from zero. I edit everything, ✨always✨.
I’m fluent in English, but it helps me catch small grammar or spelling details for extra credibility.
→ When I find myself spending hours 🫠 searching for the perfect packaging mockup I turn to Adobe Firefly to create them. The Nano Banana integration is honestly amazing.
What’s actually working? AI removes admin noise and speeds up exploration although it’s terrible at taste. Strategy and design are still human work.
Which part of your workflow has AI genuinely improved, and which part would you never hand over?
Feeding ChatGPT your pricing and deliverables so it already knows your context before you draft emails is such a practical use of memory. And that framing is spot on. AI protecting your energy rather than replacing your creativity is exactly the right way to think about it. This is a really useful workflow to share.

Good question! I think it just reduces some time to look for that information when I am in a hurry, so I just ask ChatGPT "Help me write a professional email and budget for X Service including budget, timeline and amount of feedback rounds for this client".
I always control it after sending it but it's very accurate!
The biggest improvement was cognitive load. With structured memory, I spend less time reconstructing context and more time refining the actual output.

Good question! It hasn't changed my pricing at all for now at least. But it did change how I approach these type of projects from the start.

I wouldn’t say AI makes all jobs easy, maybe more efficient or convenient in some cases. It’s a powerful tool, but it still depends on direction, taste, strategy, and decision-making. Those parts can’t really be automated.
It can speed things up, yes, but it doesn’t replace thinking.

There’s still no universal tool that can do everything I need. So I have a million and one subscriptions, each handling something specific
I’ll explain through my image workflow, since it’s the most illustrative example:
1. Prompt → ChatGPT
2. Generation → Midjourney
3. Upscale → Pixelcut or Magnific
4. Post-processing → Photoshop AI
5. Mockup → Illustrator or Nano Banana
Would I love to avoid all this jumping between tools? Absolutely
Can I skip it and sacrifice quality? No
The tools are powerful, but the magic is still in our creative hands🖤
I've made a tutorial on how I turned a basic video into a half-animated world using CapCut AI Effects with the New Age Art filter.
TUTORIAL:
1. Upload your clip into CapCut
2. Fix the base. I always use the auto adjust to clean up lighting and improve quality first.
3. Go to Effects, then AI Effects, and choose the New Age Art effect. Apply it and let it process fully.
4. Overlay your original video and place it on top.
5. Add a mask so you create a rectangle or any shape in the centre with the real footage. The animated version stays in the background.
You end up with this split reality look. Half real, half animated.
