Hello Community! I hope everybody had a great holiday period! I wanted to add some ambitious energy to 2026. We're told to pursue a traditional career path/9-5 job. However, nowadays, the options are endless, and Contra is a testament to that. A good friend of mine decided that this was the year to challenge the narrative and try something new. He is a talented Motion Graphics Animator who worked in a 9-5 role the last 5 years. I am proud to be able to play a part in his journey and push him to take a chance on himself this year. I wanted to ensure his skills and expertise stood out, so we worked together to create a dynamic website for his new agency Px8. I hope this is the year where more people feel motivated to take a step towards creating the career they deserve. Wishing everyone a bold and fulfilling 2026 🚀

Hello Community! I recently had the pleasure of working with an outreach company with an unusually retro approach to gathering prospecting clients. Analog Marketing has said goodbye to emailing and cold calls, instead going old-school by sending letters (yes, real paper letters) with customised stickers to potential leads. So, of course, they needed a strong digital presence to match. The design concept was about simplicity and leaning into the analog style of their approach. So I rebuilt their website around a retro aesthetic with 8-bit style, block colours, retro imagery - leaning into the tactile approach they bring with their letters.
